
Steady increase in business once again prompted the need for more office space. In 2001, we purchased an old “rental house” at the corner of Fairview Ave SE & 12th Street SE. The two-story stucco home was modeled after a home built and on display at the 1939
Premium Property Management Inc. started as a home based business on January 1, 1990. In August of 1992, the current owner, Dan Noble, purchased the business and moved it into a converted shed/office at his home. Expanding business created the need for more elbowroom than a home office could provide. In November 1994, we moved our office into the heart of downtown Salem. This was to be our operating location for the next seven years. Being in downtown Salem helped established credibility in what was then a young and thriving company.

World’s Fair in New York. It was very contemporary for its time. Unfortunately, this unique landmark in South Salem was in a state of disrepair. However, we had a vision for the old rental house.

The business continued to grow and in 2018 we ran out of space again. This time the expansion came in the form of the shop next door. We purchased the shop in November of 2018 and after a quick remodel moved the maintenance department into their new home in the spring of 2019. We encourage you to stop by and say hello!
After necessary permits and remodel, the dilapidated house was converted into commercial space and became our home office in early 2002. The new office space was short lived. Late in 2002, a fire forced a second remodel and restoration process. That process transformed the building back to its original 1940’s grandeur. We moved back in and celebrated a “Re-Grand Opening” and “Ribbon Cutting Ceremony” in October 2003.
